The View The revamped rooftop bar at Ambassador à l’Opéra

A one of a kind view, relaxed atmosphere, and refreshing drinks are guaranteed at the Small Luxury Hotel Ambassador à l’Opéra's recently revamped rooftop bar. A dreamy sunset is also very likely, though naturally weather dependent, as are the rooftop bar’s opening times, which since early June have been from 5-10pm Wednesday to Friday and from as early as 4pm Saturdays when the weather is nice.

The hidden bar with a view of the lake is called “The View” and can be reached via the lift behind the Small Luxury Hotel Ambassador à l’Opéra’s reception. From above, the expansive view of the lake to the Alps makes an incredible first impression. This isn’t your everyday view over the rooftops of Zürich.

The almost private atmosphere is especially nice. Some comfortable loungers offer an exquisite spot to enjoy the sunset with a drink. A classic, yet trendy selection of beverages are served, including Louis Roederer champagne, S’Bier from the Flühgasse, and Seefelder gin- naturally with the Swiss tonic water Gents.
