The Epicure Event Series

1-10 July 2022

 

In the world of the international culinary elite, the gourmet event The Epicure is a particular highlight. Founded by star chef Heiko Nieder, it will gather renowned chefs from all over the world for the seventh time at the beginning of July 2022. Together with them and his team, he will spoil gourmets with exceptional and exclusive culinary creations at The Restaurant of the Dolder Grand Hotel.

One evening each, an impressive 8-course menu will be conjured up with one of the chefs from Europe, Asia and Australia. In addition, there will be the opportunity to enjoy cocktails from the bartenders of Bangkonk's highest-rated bar, the Bamboo Bar, in the Lobby & Bar. Then, on Friday 8 July, the bartenders of Clumsies from Athens will also serve refreshing long drinks. This popular bar was awarded 3rd place in the World Best Bars in 2020.

Another highlight of this exclusive gourmet festival are the complimentary master classes. Here, top-class experts such as Head Sommelière Lisa Bader give insights into their skills and knowledge not only about first-class wine but also about such delicious products as coffee in the iced version or the secrets of unique caviar.

For the finale, The Epicure ends with different live cooking stations of the professionals, where the highest culinary art is impressively made tangible, and the highest level of enjoyment is standard. The Evenings and The Final are already fully booked, but tickets are still available for the master classes.
