Central Cocktail bar for connoisseurs

Whether a French 75 with grippy gin, sparkling champagne and tangy lemon juice or a perfect pisco sour with its frothy crown, lovers of high-proof drinks will be happy here.

Timeless classics such as a bitter Negroni or a fruity Caribbean Mule are just as professionally mixed in the shaker as individual wishes for the perfect drink are fulfilled with the greatest cordiality.

Whether it's just for a quick drink after an extensive visit to a restaurant in the nearby area, such as Die Bank, or for a more extended stay in stimulating company, the Central provides the perfect atmosphere for a late evening and early night with jazz and soul tones.

By the way, the white wine offered here is quite something. The charming Riesling from the Hermannsberg estate is the only one on the menu, and it does it with aplomb. Fresh, fruity and with mineral spice and very gentle acidity, it is surprisingly pleasantly mild.
