Canapé Bar Food & Drinks for night owls

In the middle of District 4, in the premises of the former Hirschen, the Canapé Bar now serves refined mixed cocktails and drinks, classic or with a special twist. But not only that. In addition to the liquid delights, the cosy bar on Brauerstrasse offers hungry night owls lovingly arranged canapés, mixed plates and sweet creations.

Accompanied by the large selection of spirits and wines, they strengthen themselves particularly enjoyably for an exciting Zurich party night. In any case, Paulina Bastian, winner of Best Bar Talent 2021, combines her skills with delicious bar food here. Whether an aromatic Negroni or a stimulating Espresso Martini, with small bread beautifully topped with smoked carrots or salmon, the night gets off to a promising start.

A particular highlight here is the poutines, a fast-food speciality famous in Canada, where French fries are served with cheese curds and gravy. At the Canapé Bar, these come with Swiss cheese, caramelized maple bacon or seasonal pickles, and a vegan version with vegetable jus and a vegan cheese blend.

The fancy little dishes and drinks are also happy to come as part of a catering service for any celebration, whether a birthday or a corporate event. The bar can also be rented in its entirety for an atmospheric event.

With these new interpretations of a sandwich, the Canapé Bar spoils its guests in every respect.
