Over 100 years of tradition, genuine craftsmanship, the finest ingredients and secret recipes from his grandfather: Hamburg biscuit baker Jürgen Tandetzki's family business in Sorthmannweg in Lokstedt has been producing tempting biscuits and biscuits since 1914. As one of Hamburg's most successful biscuit manufacturers, the biscuit baker brings back sweet childhood memories in over 60 different types of biscuits.
The handmade dominoes are a highlight of the Christmas biscuit range. These little masterpieces made from gingerbread and cream nougat or marzipan are covered in the finest chocolate and make a delicious Christmas gift. The dominoes in a delicate pink colour are brand new. The fruity Ruby chocolate is a world first in the chocolate scene and contains no colourings or flavourings.
From classics such as macaroons, cinnamon stars and butter tarts to unusual treats such as superfood biscuits with aronia berries or matcha: Only high-quality, hand-picked ingredients end up in the biscuit dough. Good butter from Schleswig-Holstein, marzipan and chocolate from Lübeck and jam from the Black Forest.
In the Lokstedt bakery, the biscuits are freshly produced every day, and, of course, no preservatives are added. Over three tonnes of biscuits are made by hand here every week. The delicacies can also be ordered via the online shop.
