Das kleine Kinderkaufhaus The little children department store

Since the children's department store's existence, I've been so happy about each and every invitation to a kids birthday party. Not only because I always find something at this cute store in Eppendorf Hegestraße, but also because my gifts have always had an enthusiasm warranty for the birthday child and their mother.

Wooden toys from Janod, home accessories by Sebra Interiør or stationary Krima & Isa make children's hearts beat faster. Snappy dressers will find a huge selection of Petit Bateau, the finest cashmere sweaters and cardigans from Oscar et Valentine or year after year, the trendy Ugg boots in miniature.

To add some color to the dining room, a considerable Rice collection is also available. Bags, children's backpacks, scarves, jewelry and books round off the range. Ayda Aufenacker, herself, a mother of three children, took over the little children's business over 5 years ago and convinces with a high variety of products. Here one can make babies, kindergarten and school children, as well as teenagers happy.

The shop is full to the ceiling, but does not overwhelm you. Gladly we linger here some time longer than necessary and enjoy the clear decorated range. I leave the store with a music box embroidered with a name since everything made of fabric, can be handled individually with needle and thread and I'm already looking forward to the giftee's joyful face.
