The NOname
Oranienburger Str. 32
10117 Berlin-Mitte
.How to get there
"No limits, no boundaries, no name" is the motto of the NOname on Oranienburger Straße in Berlin Mitte district. Here, chef Vicenzo Broszio creates plates with a beguiling appearance and a play of flavours full of refinements that make the fine dining restaurant at the entrance to the Heckmann-Höfe an unusual and remarkable culinary discovery.
The man at the cooker is supported by the lively service team in red sneakers, who move around the unconventional as well as impressive premises with as much attention to detail as they do cordiality.
These, five-metre-high stucco ceilings, long curtain scarves and the larger-than-life bondage lady on the wall, in turn show opulently what also happens culinary at The NOname: Namely, combining history and the present, the old and the new, creating a delicious bridge to today's Berlin, its subculture, its tolerance.
The focus is on sustainability, despite all the deliciousness, and the wine list is top-notch with around 350 positions from all over the world and complements the "renowned cuisine", as our author Manuela Blisse puts it. We are already extremely curious about what the creative kitchen team will come up with culinary-wise for a climate-neutral city menu for Berlin Food Week 2021 - one thing is for sure: it won't be boring here!
By the way, as soon as the city menu has been decided, you'll find out here!
