Alongside the one-of-a-kind Skybar and Skykitchen, the Andel’s by Vienna House hotel has even more to offer with its recently opened Spasphere. You can now spoil yourself with beauty treatments at their spa facilities, which include a steam room, jacuzzi, relaxation room, and terrace.
From countless various massage techniques from around the world, to classic cosmetic treatments, manicures, and pedicures, the four team members at Spasphere have been offering everything one can expect from a good spa for a few months now.
Refreshing body peelings are available as well as reflexology, head, back, and full body massages. From the short "closing time" treatment to fifty-minute massages for specific areas of the body, and even the Hawaiian "Lomi Lomi" and Ayurvedic "Upanasha Svedana", nothing is missing from their repertoire.
The definite highlight at Spasphere, however, is the signature massage ritual, "Four Senses." For almost two hours, the body is treated from head to toe with techniques found from India to Hawaii, guaranteeing utmost relaxation. "But you can’t go out afterwards," manager Wiebke Trautvetter warns me, laughing.

I go for a combination of peeling and massage, which should be rejuvenating and provide my muscles with a good once-over. Spasphere uses the plant-based products by Aqua Organic, a Munich beauty label that forgoes any and all synthetic ingredients.
The extensive and thereby individually tailorable care series is also used in facial treatments, which I didn’t have the time to enjoy today. They do offer a number of treatments here though, from the half-hour face refresher to the comprehensive "Anti-Ageing Plus."
You can also have your makeup done at the end- or exclusively- with the vegan cosmetics line by Berlin label Und Gretel, or- like me- have your feet done. Wiebke Trautvetter treats me to one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. Perfectly well-groomed and painted without a blemish. I love it!
