Einsunternull
Hannoversche Straße 1
10115 Berlin-Mitte
.How to get there
The relaunch of the gourmet restaurant Einsunternull on Hannoversche Straße in Mitte was an all-around success, and after six weeks, critics have nothing but praise for the new chef Silvio Pfeufer. It was hospitality professional Ivo Evert, who brought Silvio back to the Spree after several successful milestones away. Together, they developed a new concept for Einsunternull.
After “radical regional” the theme that follows is “What is Berlin?”. But the close collaboration between with farmers in the surrounding area has remained, as has the incorporation of ingredients straight from the garden and preserved produce. But the diversity of ingredients, which defines Berlin today, is something new. Traditional Berlin dishes are interpreted in a modern way, opening them up to a much broader audience.
The “casual fine dining” concept is enlivened further thanks to the gorgeous interior. Chic without making any compromises, like the juniper tree cutting boards and traditional butter knives, which have a lovely scent. Handmade porcelain from Schoemig out of Prenzlauer Berg. The colour of the table cloths. The walls. The lighting. Everything works in harmony.
The Einsunternull team wants all their guests to have an enjoyable, special experience. And it’s something they fully achieve. The kitchen operates on an extremely high level, the wine list is exciting and perfectly balanced. Time flies at Einsunternull, making wonderful memories.
