At Restaurant Cell on Uhlandstraße in Charlottenburg, the Australian-born chef Liam Valentine Faggotter masterfully combines classic French cuisine with all that he’s learnt at star-studded establishments the likes of London’s Hibiscus, &moshik in Amsterdam, Aria in Brisbane, Relae in Copenhagen, and Wulf in Belgium.
Each restaurant excellent in its very own way, Faggotter has understood how to create one essence out of their various idiosyncrasies, which he brings home at Cell. Served in five, seven or nine courses, or à la cart. In terms of service, Cell also plays an exemplary role: the excellent staff come together as an impressively harmonious and perfectly operating team.
Their stage: an elegant interior with a 20th-century style theme, dressed up with countless mirrors, contemporary Russian art, and exclusive furnishings. Next to a distinguished selection of wines and beers there are alcohol-free options like kombucha and water kefir.
In place of coffee, we highly recommend the tea ceremony to finish. This charming ritual is just one more reason why Cell is one of the most exciting fine dining restaurants in Berlin today!
