Bragato Vini & Gastronomia Wine Bar and Italian Kitchen

Daniele Bragato, a Lombard native and the owner of the restaurant Bragato Vini & Gastronomia on Charlottenburg’s Dahlmannstrasse, is a passionate restauranteur. For almost 30 years, he has been enriching Berlin’s culinary landscape with Italian wines, corresponding specialities from his homeland, and heartfelt hospitality.

Starting with the delicious antipasti and salads, to the three pasta dishes that change daily and the highly-praised entrecote, to the Italian dessert classics: Daniele Bragato prepares everything himself in the open kitchen of his tailormade restaurant.

The trained patissier even takes care of all the shopping every morning, and bases his menu on the quality and availability of his ingredients. Except for the antipasti – these plates are compiled by ingredients from the very best Italian cheese and ham producers, as  well as Bragato’s spin on the classics "sarde in saor", "caponata" or "vitello tonnato" – these all always on the menu.
