Prometeo Original Neapolitan Pizza in Schöneberg district

Pizzeria Prometeo is located somewhat inconspicuously at the less attractive end of Goebenstraße in Schöneberg. Nevertheless, here is perhaps the best Neapolitan pizza of all Berlin. Connoisseurs claim it tastes just as good as the legendary L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele in Naples.

The pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven from Naples, whose bricks were made from the ashes of Mount Vesuvius. The "Ferrari of all ovens", as is known in insider circles. In addition to pizza in countless variations, there are other Italian classics such as frittura - Italian tempura - or artichokes alla romana and file di baccalà - deep-fried fillet of stockfish.

By the way, Prometeo made it into our Top 10 Pizza list in Berlin.
