It is always a pleasure to discover new vegan food creations. However, especially in summer, vegan dishes often have the perfect lightness for hot days. The vegan delivery service Good n'Vegan is therefore opening a pop-up restaurant in Kastanienallee on July 7th 2022.
Tuesday to Saturday, it's dinnertime here, on Sundays they invite you to brunch. The summer pop-up focuses on high-quality milk substitutes, i.e. cheese and yoghurt, which are mainly based on almonds. Fresh melon and mint salad with vegan feta, baked vegan camembert with a delicious crust or spicy tajine with vegan "chicken" are just a few of the highlights on offer.
The meat substitutes are offered at the Good n'Vegan pop-up in cooperation with the Swiss start-up Planted. The cheese platter with various cheeses made using the dry-age process is also worthwhile. These can be enjoyed comfortably on the slightly set-back terrace of the summer pop-up on Kastanienallee.
