dopo domani Selected Interior Design

The name dopo domani, which means the ‘day after tomorrow’, merely hints that this place is a furniture store, because of their fairly long delivery times. One look at the window front of the store - located at Kantstraße 148 - shows what is all about: what they sell is not off the shelf, but rather atmospheric living space, that is casual, representative and cozy at the same time.

When I came to Berlin 24 years ago, dopo domani already existed. It was much smaller than it is today, but already had an exquisite assortment back then. The exhibition space, that covers three stories of a beautiful baroque house, shows what owner Arno Schneider and his team want to express up until today. Like no other interior designer in Berlin, he has the special gift to form a symbiosis of international trends, modernity and his clients’ wishes. He always creates new, but clearly recognizable concepts.

By working with brands like Vitra, B&B Italia and Cappellini and using classy lamps, high end fabrics and unusual wallpaper the team never fails to bring on a special twist in their interior design work.
