Die Stulle Fresh Cooking and Excellent Breakfast

Die Stulle in Charlottenburg has become a true highlight among Berlin’s breakfast spots. Everything brought to the table here is of the finest quality, with ingredients purchased daily from producers in the surrounding area. The meat is from the organic producer Bio-Manufaktur Havelland and all the milk products, too, are of organic quality.

The bread is delivered from Zeit für Brot, where it is made entirely without baking mixes and similar ingredients, and instead out of sourdough that’s undergone a long fermentation process. The cinnamon rolls are also from there. Everything else is prepared fresh and to order in the restaurant’s own kitchen.

Starting with all the components that come with the breakfast creations, to the changing classics, and over to the seasonal lunch dishes. For the excellent Stullen, or sandwiches, the finest ham and cheese is sliced à-la-minute. These are matched to excellent, homemade spreads, salads and grilled vegetables, as well as plenty of other delicious bites that include home-smoked salmon and egg dishes.

It’s astonishing how much can be piled on a slice of bread, and how good these combinations can taste! For those with a sweet tooth there is French toast, overnight oats and excellent, fluffy pancakes based on the restaurant’s own recipe. Vegans don’t fall short either, with plenty of sweet and savoury options to explore. – Die Stulle is a must for breakfast fans!
