Brücke Museum Museum of Expressionism

The world’s biggest collection of Die Brücke expressionism can be found in Berlin-Dahlem. The collection includes about 400 drawings, watercolour and oil paintings. Beside the pieces of the permanent collection, the museum attracts visitors with regular special exhibitions about artist like Emil Nolde or Karl Schmidt-Rottluff. The location in Grunewald forest does not only depict the connection to nature of the Die Brücke artists, but is also a nice opportunity for a walk after visiting the museum. A perfect destination for a Sunday afternoon trip!
