Brlo Brewhouse Craft-beer brewery meets well-balanced cuisine

The Brlo is first and foremost a brewery where high quality craft beers are created, using only ingredients with the highest quality standards. However, it is also home to a restaurant where beer and food pairing is taken to a new level. The result is tasty brewery cuisine that is worth trying.

Vegetables in every conceivable form are in the centre of the Brlo’s culinary concept and sometimes even come out of the smoker. Meat plays more of a supporting role. The menu changes several times a year because the focus is on products from regional producers.

During the summer months, the beer garden directly at the entrance to the Gleisdreieck Park is especially popular. The beer in the Brlo comes from 20 taps, ranging from Indian Pale Ale to Berliner Weisse. In addition, there are about 40 different alternating types in the bottle.

For some time now, the brewery has also been running Brlo Chicken & Beer on the 6th floor of KaDeWe on Tauentzien street. Here you can get chicken in different varieties and also freshly tapped beer.
