Graefestrasse 66/67

.How to get there
There is a lot to discover in the display of the Kreuzberg bakery Albatross. The baked goods are colourful and creative, from beetroot bread to pumpkin cream croissants. So it's no wonder that many Berlin restaurants make use of the lovingly baked goods from Gräfestraße.
Despite all the unconventional ingredients, the bread, rolls and pastries are still traditionally baked by hand, which makes them particularly wholesome. In addition to excellent sourdough rolls, wonderful puff pastries, buttery croissants and airy brioche, the Gräfestraße in Kreuzberg also bakes indescribably good sourdough bread with a perfect crust.
It is sold directly from the bakery, but the Albatross bakery is also a café. The café area is only spatially separated by a delicate curtain, so the bakery experience remains authentic.
The team is always coming up with new creations and promotions. Be it a cookie box with Bubbely for Valentine's Day or seasonally filled croissants. But there are not only variations in the ingredients of the baked goods, but also in the toppings. From smørrebrød to brioche sandwiches, your mouth will definitely water.
And since croissants filled with pistachio cream are currently enjoying enormous popularity: you'll also find delicious versions of them here!
