In the patisserie Anjoy Pastry, fabulous dessert creations like tartlets or eclairs are created with passion and great attention to detail. The little works of art are inspired by desserts from all over the world. Fresh ingredients and exotic fruits constantly create new, unusual taste experiences.
Creations such as "raspberry lychee" with an airy, creamy texture, refined with rose petal tea and a core of delicate lychee jelly, or "caramel mousse" made of a creamy mousse with a caramel flavour and a filling of dulce de leche banana, which gives the dessert freshness and natural sweetness, make the decision difficult.
The artist behind it all is 35-year-old Quynh Anh, who has just been awarded the Trond Patzphal Young Artisan Award on the occasion of the opening of her patisserie at Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 23 in Mitte. On the one hand, because she lives her craft with passion and, on the other, for her courageous and innovative concept.
